  2. 02 Performance Analytics: Offers visualized trends and data (e.g., charts for installations and performance over time) for monitoring business growth and operational efficiency.
  3. 03 Ticket Management: Tracks and manages customer tickets with detailed insights into issues, resolutions, and associated data.
  4. 04 Comprehensive Reporting: Includes tools for generating and sending reports, enabling informed decision-making.
  5. 05 Customer and Trader Management: Facilitates streamlined interaction with customers and traders via dedicated sections.
  6. 06 Integration and Traffic Tracking: Supports external traffic analysis and management for better campaign optimization.
  7. 07 Knowledge and Support Access: Provides a knowledge center for training and resolving common user issues.

This CRM is built around lead tables and modal windows for their configuration, providing a functional and efficient interface. In this project, I will showcase only the most interesting and key screens of the system.
